Possibly premium calls or calls to 0845, 0870 type numbers.
Check in MyO2 for a check of the extra charges or give them a ring tomorrow.

Ok the minutes/texts you get are a monthly allowance so regardless of if you use them or not you will get the same again each month and the previous month goes.
Your monthly cost will always be the same unless you go over your agreed allowance.

What does it state under other charges? It should give you a breakdown of what the charges are for.

Yeah, I understand I will get charged if I go over monthly allowance but, as i said i haven't. I've still got my 250 02 to 02 mins haven't used them and i've still got 194 available to anyother network so, i should only owe £15.50 on 15th shouldnt I?

it says recent charges to date £0.00 but on bill it says next due amount 22.65 on 15th
