Ive been charged for messaging and 'Things you've bought' over the last six months incorrectly

How can this happen? Trying to speak to someone at O2 must be the single most annoying thing in the world!

@Anonymous chances are at some point (knowingly or not) you will have selected a link which has joined you up to a re-occurring billed product or service.

See the links the other members have provided and you should be able to find the contact details of the provider you have joined. Contact them and request a refund.

Sadly these are quite common and it isn't the responsibility of O2 to manage, although there are areas for improvement to be had by O2 and the other networks in this field.
