how do I stopped being charged by iTunes on my daughters phone as she is adamant she is not using iTunes.

any help I would be great full for.

To stop further purchases you need to call O2 and ask them to place a Bar for Charge To Mobile on your account. All numbers for O2 are in this guide Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
