Itemised received calls/texts?

Is it possible to get an itemised bill showing received calls and texts? I know you can obviously get an itemised bill for calls and texts sent but this doesn't include any received ones.

Short of it is that I'm in dispute with a maintenance company over a supposedly cancelled emergency call out after having to pay £250 up front in the first place. They want to charge the same again to arrange an appointment.

They claim I cancelled the appointment on the day at 7.48am but wont tell me if it was through call or text message so if I can prove I didn't then they cant charge me again.

Thanks for your help in advance

Hi it is only possible through a solicitor O2 won't give you the information unfortunately have a look at this

Requesting Call Records via a Solicitor
There are two ways of obtaining this data:

Applications must be typed and signed by applicant on headed paper and include your clients name and full address, mobile number and the date range you wish us to cover. Call records can only be provided from the date of registration onwards.
If the phone is not registered and your client cannot provide sufficient proof of ownership, we cannot proceed without a Court Order.

Any court order must be stamped and signed by the courts, served on O2 and include the mobile number, date range and detailed disclosure type in question.

Without meeting all of these criteria we cannot disclose data and the order will have to be amended. Please confirm where the data should be sent, or it will go straight to the court.

Any further questions can be sent to: courtdisclosure@o2.com

If you are a Pay Monthly customer you can view your previous bills online via My O2 or request copies through our Customer Service team.
