Itemised international messages

Hi there, 

Wondering if anybody can help.

I need an itemised bill for some time I spent in montreal, I sent messages to my colleagues and need to claim it back through my expenses. 

Now when my 'itemised bill' through 'my 02' tab only details the numbers for the UK text messages. The international messages simply say they were sent to ' SMS message centre' , the number does not appear anywhere. 

Is there a way to get an itemised bill with the actual phone numbers to which the messages were sent?

Hi,

You could try asking O2 via 202 > Pay Monthly Contract, or e mail them for the info.

I do not think this is possible due to the way o2 record the numbers when sending sms from abroad the only way may be to use screen shots from your phone etc.

Thanks for the replies, 

Apparently it is possible but the bill has to be sent via the post, but there are no charge for it which is nice

I contacted them via live chat and it will take 14 days to arrive (just incase anybody else has the same issue).
