Itemised bills?

Hi, I am trying to access numbers I have called/texted over a month ago but cannot seem to find them. I can only get access to my 'latest' bill as itemised. I need to access numbers I have called/text for the last six months if possible. Can anyone give me some advice on this. Thanks in advance

I have accessed previous bills but cannot seem to load up a screen of itemised calls and texts? What am I doing wrong?

Try this way

View your latest bill in My O2 

Scroll down to see 6 previous bills and click on one of those. 

Scroll down to the bottom of that bill and click on View and print older bills 

That will bring up the old style web page 

Click on 'recent charges' in the left hand blue menu. 

Click on 'what I've used' 

Click on voice calls and you should see numbers called since your last bill.

When you get the bill open you can click on the line that states the amount of calls or texts and it will open up the details of those calls and texts.

You can also find the numbers on the historical bill page by downloading the PDF of the bill

The previous bills in My o2 only shows a summary.
To get the actual list of calls/texts you need to use the website.
