Can I get a itemised bill for the month, even if I have unlimited calls and texts?

Yes if you are on pay monthly via My O2.

View latest bill, download and print latest bill, then click on download PDF Bill.

You can go back 18 months on a PM. 

If you are P&G then the process is altogether different and a request has to be put in writing via the subject access form, costing £10.
