I need an itemised bill from September so i can send to my insurance company so i can claim my mobile that got stolen on the 13th of September.

@Mrsbp Did you report the phone as stolen to O2? If you haven't as yet, you need to report it asap:

Lost or Stolen O2 Device

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2
