I've upgraded my phone and got offered an half price galaxy fit, the phones come but no sign of the galaxy fit anyone know if it will come separate or who I can speak to to chase it up theres no live chat etc at the moment

You can try logging into My O2 and looking under Track your order to see if it shows there. If not you will have to talk to customer services regarding this.
