It's hard to pay my monthly online using applemac.

 

Paying my monthly bill online is a real pain because the 'Make payment' button / link is rarely visible. It's a problem on all of my browsers including Firefox and Safari. I need to refresh the page at least 3 times to make the link(s) appear.

Doesn't sound like a site problem if its multi-browser.

Also paying online is just one way, theres the automated phone service, customer service dept and direct debiting.

That doesn't sound like a problem with the O2 site.

 

Wouldn't it be easier to use a direct debit?

It is a problem with site code. Both my home and office macs show the same issue. (New top end machines). But there's no problem on my Windows machines.
