Issues paying overdue credit agreement

Anonymous
Not applicable

Hi, Due to a bank error, my Credit agreement payment didn't go out on time, and as a result it's overdue. I got the text from o2 saying that all outgoing calls would be routed to their payment line. I've just tried calling this number manually to pay, but I keep getting a message saying my calls have all been barred. I have no option to disable call baring and even trying the 202 number does not work, as its the credit agreement, paying by phone is the only option given, it seems like o2 just don't want me to be able to pay. I have no other phones available to me to call the numbers given, and have given up with the live chat as I was waiting for just under an hour on hold. What should I do?

Any help?

Perhaps the easiest option would be to pay online though you can call from a landline or borrow a friends phone to call customer service.

Strange that 202 is barred - That's usually kept open to call in on.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

Hi

You can also pay using their automated payment line.

Call 2729 from your mobile or ring or 0800 588 4217 from a landline and enter the mobile number you wish to pay.

You can also pay using our automated payment line. Call 0844 8090202 or 202 from your O2 mobile or one that is powered by an O2 SIM card and choose option 1.3.

Hi, Yes I was hoping I could pay online, but the credit agreement can apparently only be paid via phone. Airtime Tariff can be paid online. 😕 Thanks for the help anyway slight_smile
