Hi, Due to a bank error, my Credit agreement payment didn't go out on time, and as a result it's overdue. I got the text from o2 saying that all outgoing calls would be routed to their payment line. I've just tried calling this number manually to pay, but I keep getting a message saying my calls have all been barred. I have no option to disable call baring and even trying the 202 number does not work, as its the credit agreement, paying by phone is the only option given, it seems like o2 just don't want me to be able to pay. I have no other phones available to me to call the numbers given, and have given up with the live chat as I was waiting for just under an hour on hold. What should I do?

Any help?

Perhaps the easiest option would be to pay online though you can call from a landline or borrow a friends phone to call customer service.

Hi, Yes I was hoping I could pay online, but the credit agreement can apparently only be paid via phone. Airtime Tariff can be paid online. 😕 Thanks for the help anyway

Yea, that's what I thought, but no matter how many times I call it it just keeps coming back as barred call :s

go to web chat and ask them to have someone call you ASAP, they should get someone from Payment management to call you!
