Issues making order online

I am getting really frustrated. I have been a customer for over two years. Yesterday I tried making an order for an additional line. Everything passed but I kept getting the message 'something went wrong' so I contacted customer services who told me to order with a new email address. So I did this and got all the way to the end, passed the credit check signed my agreement but on the very final screen when I clicked submit I get the same error message again saying 'something went wrong'. It then asks me if I want to try again which I have and nothing changes. It also asks if I want to email my basket to me which I have done and I've got a reference number. I've called customer services with this reference number they have done nothing at all and say to contact love chat sales as it's an online order. I contacted live chat sales who also say that can't do anything. I actually cannot believe how bad this customer service is and how no-one at o2 cannot do anything about this. I wanted to collect this phone today yet now I can't. Can someone please help here?!

I called in again and I asked to speak to a manager, explained the situation. They said the same thing, they can't do anything. They credit checked and accepted me and left a footprint on my file yet they're not willing to sort out this order. It's completely unbelievable how bad this is. Can you please help Toby?

Let's hope the credit checks haven't had a detrimental effect on your credit score. Unbelievably poor O2.

I still have no inkling as to what's going on despite contacting various avenues of customer service at o2. It doesn't seem that they value their customers at all. I'm wondering which network actually has good customer service because now I'm thinking of moving. This has been the worst experience I've had with any company.

I've found Three CS to be very good but Voda and EE are worse than O2......

Three were brilliant with me last week when I went in for a mobile data sim for my new (to me) tablet

Put it in and set it up with no questions asked. I know I could have done it myself....but sometimes it's easier just to ask someone else to to it...Dance
