Issue with unlocking phone

Help! Is the O2 site down??? I want to unlock my phone but when I try to do this on myO2 I keep getting thrown back out to the log in page. I tried phoning but they are not taking calls about unlocking phones!

Ive tried using the form but keeps saying “something went wrong” and puts me back to the start
