Issue with sending premium messages

Since last week, I’m unable to send premium messages for competitions. I have tried all the usual things, took out my SIM card, restarted the phone, reset network settings & this hasn’t resolved it, I have an iPhone 12 mini, can anyone help me please? Thank you in advance.

Thanks for your help, O2 took the spend cap off, so I could send the messages & it still hasn’t worked, I’m not sure what else to do?

Hi there, no I tried sending a text this morning after O2 advised me to restart my phone & it’s still not working 😕
