Received a phone call claiming to be O2 said entitled to 40% on upgrade to phone. Went ahead with order for IPhone 13max Pro, paid £30 to O2 28.9.21. Sent Samsung, contacted via whats app given address to send back which I did at a cost of £9.95 had confirmation phone delivered now all details have been removed from my account. My question is who do I claim my £30 & £9.95 from order number was ms-318727664.

It's a well known scam.
Block the number and report it free to 7726.
DO NOT follow any links or enter any information.

You need to contact O2 immediately to report the fraud.

When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling.
Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
You can also try saying "Upgrade" or "Fraud" to be connected to an advisor.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.
