Dear O2 Community,
I am a Pay monthly O2 user who spends around 10 pounds per month on my Mobile bill.
I need to get back to China urgently because there has been a change in a member of my family. So in the last few days, I have been making international calls to airlines company in China.
And then I found out today that my next month's bill will be almost £140+ extra because I've spent too much time on international calls. But as airline call centres often have long queues to get through, I didn't realise that this waiting time was included in the charges.
I would like to ask if there is anything I can do to help reduce my additional charges, for example, can I contact O2 customer service now to purchase an international bundle to cover this £140+ charge? As this is quite surprising to me and I can't afford to pay such a high mobile phone bill for a month.
