For the past 4 days we have had no signal in our area. i have written a complaint but was notified that this would take 48 hours for someone to get back to me. On the home page Live Chat is not available as there is a message indicating this. Has anyone a direct email address for someone in Customer Care as I find this level of service appalling

Apparently its to do with the move of our local radio station.
Even so, it seems to be taking ages to rectify

@Anonymous...have you thought of complaining? I know 'O2 don't specify timescales' but as Ofcom are already involved this infers yours is a long time problem. If you kick up a fuss you may get somewhere... even if it's just a gesture of goodwill?
