Is this the worst service provider currently in business

For the past 4 days we have had no signal in our area. i have written a complaint but was notified that this would take 48 hours for someone to get back to me. On the home page Live Chat is not available as there is a message indicating this. Has anyone a direct email address for someone in Customer Care as I find this level of service appalling

Definitely sounds like someone being naughty.

Apparently its to do with the move of our local radio station.

 

Even so, it seems to be taking ages to rectify

@Anonymous...have you thought of complaining? I know 'O2 don't specify timescales' but as Ofcom are already involved this infers yours is a long time problem. If you kick up a fuss you may get somewhere... even if it's just a gesture of goodwill?

He's not with O2 anymore and whilst he does have a high degree of "cheek" I think that would be stretching it a bit far wink
