Just because you have a problem it doesn't follow that the whole network should be down.

What faultfinding have you tried?

Assuming you've tried cleaning the sim and restarting the phone, if no faults show here using your full postcode:

i have full signal myself, use the o2 coverage checker to see if there are any issues in your area
