Are you pay monthly or pay as you go @OOPS?

I can't find a bundle with 4Gb of data in the shop, so I can't check for you.

Here are the community guides for both pay monthly and pay as you go travel.

Guide: EU Roaming Changes from 15th June 2017 “CONTRACT ONLY"

Guide: EU Roaming Changes from 15th June 2017 "PAY AS YOU GO ONLY“

If you are pay monthly, there is also something called "o2 Travel" - guides for that are below.

Guide: O2 Contract with O2 Travel Inclusive (75 Free Countries) and (33 x ¬£4.99 per day Countries)

Guide: Your guide on how to use O2 Travel

Your only other option is to contact o2 - experience suggests calling would be better, and there are some alternative numbers to try and hints on getting through in this guide:

@OOPS

EU roaming is included with no extra charges in all tariffs.

The only limitation is a max of 25gb of data use, which won't apply to you at all.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

@MI5 Thanks for this clarification. I was just confused by wording “contract” and “pay monthly”.

I know the pay as you go as it was my first sim plan in France more than 20 years ago 🥳.

But I’m not sure if I’m UK there is a difference between “contract” and “pay monthly” as in both car I have to pay monthly.

Yeah I look like a dumb guy 😁

@OOPS

It matters not about the words as EU roaming is included on all, whether that be called contract, pay monthly or PAYG slight_smile

To be honest with the way o2 run pay as you go it might as well be called pay monthly as well!
