Is my tariff a 4G one?

Sorry if this is a silly question, I'm halfway through an O2 unlimited 24 month contract. Is this a 4G contract? I thought it was but where I work ( south Derby area) is now in a 4G area but I'm not getting 4G showing on my HTC one M7. Of its not, can it be upgraded to a 4G tariff at no extra cost (with same allowances of course)?

The only link I know of that O2 say officially that they will advise you is Get Updates on 4G

Well, got to work today and got a weak 4g signal in the car park!

Ran a quick speed test via My Network app again but the connection reverted to a 3G one part way through the upload test. Ran another test at 18.40 results of both, 13.35 test first then the 18.40 one in brackets:

Download: 4.43mbps (3.83mbps)
Upload: 0.13mbps (0.39mbps)
Response speed: 279ms (70ms)

Surprised at the upload speeds being less than 3G, noticed a definite decrease in lag when loading Facebook images over 4g. Signal was only 1-2 bars throughout and kept dropping but liked what I saw!
