Topic.

Read a post on here the other day which said they were!

In 8 months time I will be half way through my latest O2 contract, will I be able to get a PAC code and go to Vodafone? (The only major provider who still has UK call centres).

all rumours i would not panic (plus only Vodafone could buy them)
