Is it possible to move from 02 to Carphone Warehouse 02 with same number?

Hi I am currently with 02 (directly) and contract ends on 28th August, 2019.

I've seen a far better deal through Carphone Warehouse with it's also with 02.

Is it possible to "move" from 02 to Carphone Warehouse 02, if that makes any sense AND keep the same number? Do I still request a PAC or something else?

Thanks.

@Sasuke92

Yes you can. No PAC required.

Just call 202 when you have new contract to migrate your number (immediately cancels old contract) or do an upgrade and keep same number from the start.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

So when would I take out a new contract if I want to finish using my old contract up? Ends on 28th August.

I don't want to be paying for 2 contracts lol

On the 28th August would be ideal.

The new SIM should already be activated with the new contract or did you do an upgrade?
If it was an upgrade, just use your old SIM in new phone.
