Is it literally impossible to speak to a human being about a bill on O2 at the moment?

I've needed to make a query on a high bill which is unusal and have not been able to speak with anyone. I call, they hang up. My O2 is useless  if you have a question needing answering.

 

Can anyone phelp ? or send me a complaints contact so I can make a formal complaint
