Yes, I know. I just think that they are targetting different groups of users.

VoWifi can be used in the UK allowing switching between VoLTE and VoWifi and can be used even without knowledge on additional calling app.

TU Go can be used on additional devices and also avoiding expensive roaming charges.

I find the IMS APN configuration of O2 in my Chinese phone and don't know if it will work properly.

Well, if you couldn't get that game to work with messing round with the apn, not sure you gonna stumble across VoLTE tbh.
