For any iphone to use volte in settings> mobile data> mobile data options> it needs a switch for voice and data under 4g at present only enable 4g, a serch of the internet will confirm, and this is controled by the carrier file it is not there in carrier file O2 25.0 on my iphone 6s

Then it must be something wrong somewhere as that is the Apple's official website stating that O2 supports VoLTE.

All I can say is it is not o2 telling lies as there was the switch available in an earlier carrier file (hence my tweet to o2) but gone again now guess further closed testing being done to ensure customer experiance is correct
