Hi, you cannot dial 0818 or (+353 818) numbers from a UK phone when in Ireland, will these numbers be opened up? I ask as many services are on the end of these numbers now and I can’t call them.

Those numbers are chargeable.
Do you have a zero spend cap or premium number bar on your account?
If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.
Thanks.

A tad confused: From 1 December 2019, calls to 1850, 1890, 0818 and 076 Non-Geographic Numbers (NGNs) will cost no more than calling a landline number and will be included in your bundle of call minutes if your bundle includes landline calls.

I don't think that's not from the O2 T&C's though, is it?

These calls are only included from a Irish Mobile Phone, and are chargeable outside the bundle..
This does not apply to any None Irish (republic of) mobiles.
