It depends whether you want a Refresh contract. O2 are the only ones who do that...
Otherwise the independents tend to work out cheaper...
From what I understand O2 wont price match...

Whatever you do don't upgrade from an incoming call.otherwise you could end up with a business contract frrom the likes of Aerial or Airtime Solutions.
Speak to retentions on 202 and if they don't give you a deal you want then shop around.

My most recent upgrade was a price match against carphone warehouse in that they waived an upfront fee for the phone and ended up paying the same monthly amount as cpw and an extra gig of data. I just called 202 and got a great deal so I would try that first. If not, even try a few times as different people might dig deeper to get a better deal or price match. I was actually quite shocked at how good a contract I got!
That is good news. Certainly shows the power of getting a good advisor who is allowed to make those sort of decisions

I too was offered a good deal by retentions. It goes to show that it is a matter of who you speak to and the way you approach it.
