Hi I’ve just bought an iPhone 11 Pro Max yesterday online but when I first logged in my o2, it was showing my phone my details and etc. But it doesn’t show any more on my o2. And they send me the confirmation by email and they have sent me 4 legally documents on email aswell so I want to know if I got accepted by any chance.

@Ps2 it will not update the product until dispatch and you still may have to manually edit it in my o2 have received a tariff change email?

They have just gived me the deliver tracking number for my first order. But I didn’t got the other one

You need to be patient and if needed chase direct with o2
