Hi I’ve just bought an iPhone 11 Pro Max yesterday online but when I first logged in my o2, it was showing my phone my details and etc. But it doesn’t show any more on my o2. And they send me the confirmation by email and they have sent me 4 legally documents on email aswell so I want to know if I got accepted by any chance.

@Ps2  If you've been sent the confirmation and legal documents you have been accepted. The next email will be the dispatch with a tracking number.

Say for example I’ve purchased my order last night when should I receive the confirmation for delivery

Well it depends on the availability of the device. If the device is in stock you're likely to receive email confirming a date for delivery most by 48 hours. It might take longer too but according to O2 they are doing the next day delivery service as usual so I assume you're supposed to receive the email very soon. Try checking your spam box too.

Better still you can try contacting O2 customer service to ask them when your device is likely to be delivered
