@Amir

Do you have any insurance that might cover repairs?

Some home insurance of bank accounts may cover your phone, so check.

If you don't have insurance and it is damaged rather than a warrantable fault, you will have to pay to get it repaired or recycle it and buy a new phone.

If you have a refresh contract, you can pay off what you owe on the device and upgrade.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

Have you got insurance with O2? If so then you need to contact them Guide: How to find help & contact O2

If no insurance, then you would be better off giving Apple a call https://support.apple.com/en-gb (though they may advise you to contact O2)
