How do I notify O2 that my iphone has been stolen If I cannot call from abroad? I have no phone. Also I would like to see where my phones last location was but it is offline on the Find my iphone app.

Hi @Michelle007 help here https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/How-to-Guides/Lost-or-Stolen-O2-Device-How-to-Report-it/ba-p/1023988

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
Please select the post that helped you best and mark as the solution. This helps other members in resolving their issues faster. Thank you.

@Michelle007

You can borrow a phone or use a landline. It's imperative you report it within 24 hrs of it being stolen otherwise you will be liable for any charges incurred.

I would say use live chat as a last resort, though people are having difficulty getting through to them currently.
