placed an order for the 6s plus online first day of preordering
website clearly stated it would be delivered on the 25th still waiting!!
No texts or emails nothing ring customer services and they tell me now at of stock
Cant even tell me when I will get the phone!
Shocking service can it be that hard to advise a delivery date!!

A bit annoying to say the least. To make it worse one of our members walked into an O2 store in the Midlands today....and picked one up immediately. There is plenty of stock about instore or so it appears @Anonymous

O2 seems to order only on a daily basis.Go where the stock is, don't wait for o2 to process your order, take your money and then keep you waiting until Apple descend to make a delivery.
