I've just placed an order for an Iphone 11 64g, gone through all the security checks and recieved confimation email and legal documents that my order was placed.
Moments later I had another email saying my order was out of stock.
Why was I not advisded that the item was out of stock before going through with the order and taking my money.
Does anybody know the estimated time stock for this will become available.
O2 always does this as their stock system isn't live.
Unlikely yo get more stock before new year now I would imagine.

Seem happened to me yesterday and while I was in work today my husband went to the O2 shop which is about a mile from us and they have it in stock strange going to call tomorrow even though the whole idea ordering online was to avoid the shops at this time
