@Amylou1

You can reduce it to 12 months by paying it off early.

The overall price of the device is the same, no matter how long you take to pay it, it will just save airtime fees.

If you want to cancel, you must accept delivery and returnn it under the change of mind policy https://www.o2.co.uk/help/phones-sims-and-devices/our-change-of-mind-policy

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

Only by contacting customer services @Amylou1

Guide: How to find help & contact O2
