Why can't I download my bills? I can't do it on the 02 app or on the 02 website. I called customer service, and they said it was now sorted, and I will be able to download bills now. That was weeks ago, and I still can't. Why does 02 make it so hard for something as simple as downloading my bills for my accounts?

The MyO2 app and browser system has been affected by a system upgrade in the back-office, many have reported issues (I have similar myself, nothing prior to October when they moved me to the new 360 backend system).
You will have to persist with O2, Guide: How to find help & contact O2 and try the web version https://accounts.o2.co.uk/signin if it lets you log in. Good luck.
