How can I get internet when not near wifi

You need to turn on mobile data in your phone settings.

Hi yes do have data allowance, have iPhone 11. Should I use roaming, as in Uk

No, you don't need roaming on in UK.

Try resetting your network settings (but you'll lose any saved wifi passwords).

Check here first for any local issues on the network O2 Service Status
