Internet not working on phone

I moved from virgin to O2 and since then I find it very difficult to get Internet when not connected to WiFi. I have a s21 ultra and mobile data is on. If I do get Internet it's speed is less than 1 Meg any ideas

Virgin use Vodafone (unless you had not been migrated from EE).   Did you do any network coverage checks before moving over to o2?

o2 use their own network.

You can also check for any service issues via https://status.o2.co.uk
