Hi Just upgraded to new phone, everythings ok, but every day it takes £1 off my credit for using data. Data what data I havent even been on the internet. Been into settings, but cant find find how to disable the charges

hope you can help

Smartphones will constantly try to connect to data to update widgets such as weather, news feeds etc.
You need to turn off mobile data in your settings to prevent it from happening.

That will be the payg web daily which will charge you £1 each day for Internet access, turn off mobile data & you'll be fine

It's a charge for data if you don't have a data allowance - no one gives data away for free.
