I have been charged £5 for international travel. I am a pay monthly customer and have not travelled outside the EU. How do I get a refund for this incorrect charge?

Check your bill in MyO2 to see where the charge arose - if you have the O2 Travel bolt-on, you will pay £5 + vat if you roam onto a nearby network that is not part of O2's European Zone, eh Turkey or Albania if you are holidaying in parts of Greece Guide: Roaming in Turkey and Cyprus as an example.

Take the advice from @TallTrees above and contact O2, if it was a one-off, they might offer to refund the charge. To check your bill detail to see where the charge originated, go here: Guide: How do I get to the 'Download Bill' page?
