Hi! I’m trying to text someone in The USA but no matter what I do the messages just won’t send! It just keeps coming up with ‘Message not sent’ with the red exclamation mark! My phone credit just got topped up this morning so why can’t I send international text messages?? Why won’t it work?? 😐 Please Help! 😕

Are you sure you have a credit balance and not a bundle?
You need credit as you can't send international texts from bundles.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

@Anonymous Are you putting +1  then the area code and number? You have to use the +1 country code first.

@Anonymous If you're still not able to send using the country code then you need to speak to Customer Service to sort it. I can't think of any other solutions other than what's been offered as to why you can't send. Sorry.disappointed
