Anonymous

Hello, I've just bought an international sim card and i have question. When I call another person from o2 I pay 25p no matter how long I was talking (1s, 5s up to 1 min). How can I solve this problem?

Unfortunately calls are billed per minute and not per second on the International sim tariff and there is nothing you can do to 'solve' it. Same if you talk for 1 minute and 1 second, you will be charged 50p.

http://www.o2.co.uk/termsandconditions/mobile/pay-and-go-charges-terms-intsim

"Eligible calls made using any inclusive minutes allowance are counted by the minute not by the second and will be rounded up to the nearest minute. UK calls to UK landlines and mobiles made outside any inclusive minutes allowance are charged by the minute, not by the second, and will be rounded up to the nearest minute. Each call charge is then rounded up to the next whole penny."

Hi

All calls are rounded off now by the minute.

Even Payg is that way now.

Which tariff would be the best to use in UK? And if I have 9.5 pounds on my account there will be no problem with bonuses for 10 pounds voucher?

You can opt for one of the new tariffs shown on that page or better value would be a Simplicity 30 day tariff but that would mean tying into a rolling 30 day contract.

It may well be worth considering the giffgaff network. It runs on the O2 network but there are some great deals and packages on there.

Hi

Is their nothing in the link that would suffice.

With O2 Unlimited you get some allowances and also keep your top up credit.

Too vague wink

How many minutes and how much data ? wink

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
