How can I be getting charged £25.35 for 250gb unlimited txts n mins but have received extra charges for international calls £8 and there is 250gb unlimited txts n mins with international calls included £25 this is on a monthly basis

@Oso It's possible that the country you were calling isn't included in O2's list of countries they cover. 

Calling abroad from the UK | Account and Billing | Help & Support | O2

You'll need to call customer service.

When it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say "Upgrade", "Lost/Stolen" or "Fraud" if you have to, to get put through to someone.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.

And spoke with help and support team they reckon it’s not apart of it but USA is no extra charges on 250gb 25pm sim thanks anyways
