HI I cannot make international calls, it says call barring is on. I have checked my phone, none are, so is it my spend cap. I purchased the international bolt on and that has not worked either.

Hi @daveleeds

If you have a spend cap, this will stop you making international calls. You need to call O2 and ask for it to be removed. All numbers in this guide Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

@daveleeds

What is and isn't included in spend caps here Guide: Spend Caps & Charge to Mobile on O2

It sounds more likely an account level bar on international calls, common if you purchased phone indirectly, so call customer service to have it lifted.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
