International calls

Hi so I’m trying to make calls to Spain and Australia and it never works for me, I’m using the international codes and everything but always says “ call failed “ can someone please help me?

Check with O2 as you may have an international call bar or a spend cap on your account.

The best number to call on appears to be 0800 587 4005

There is possibly an international bar on your acccount , If you contact customer service they can look into this for you. You can call 202 from an o2 mobile or 0800 587 4005.

All as above as said by @MI5 .

However another thing I found when calling Spain..the call worked if it was in my contacts list. If I dialled it directly using the keyboard, it often failed.

Never understood that if honest but thats exactly what happened.
