International calls from UK barred

I am unable to make international calls from UK. When I try, I get a message saying "call forwarding active". How can I remove the forwarding so I can make a call, please?

That message usually just means you have voicemail turned on so shouldn't effect international calls.

It's possible you have a spend cap or internation bar though, so you should call customer service to check.

If you call 202, when it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
