Hi

I have two phones: one in O2 pay monthly and second in Lebara for international calls. Due to raising living cost and simple convienence I would like to keep just one number. My O2 contract is ending soon. I don't need new handsent so SIM only would be great  BUT I cant see any competitive optons for international calls. Using Bolt on mean 5x higher cost comparing to Lebara. O2, is any chance to reduce it for customer with 15 year relationship with you ?

Another option would be moving to O2 pay as you go and opt in 30GBP Bundle with 100Gb of data and 500 international minutes. Sounds great for me, but there is one problem: lack of VoWifi and 5G. Unfortunetely I have nearly no signal in my flat and even worse at work so Wifi calling is essential. In the other hand I spend a lot of time in busy areas of London where only 5G give me reliable connection and speeds.

Is any chance to get those services on O2 pay as you go in foreseeaable future? I would love to stay with O2, but for now looks that I have no choice but  move to Lebara where 5G, VoWifi, 4G calling and cheap international calls are included for all customers

Lebara would be your best choice.

O2 will not change their policies on an individual basis and a reduction in costs wouldn't be possible unless you could negotiate a monthly discount.

Worth a shot with the sales team I guess.

You can't beat Lebara's offers at the moment, and some of the plans are as low as £1.99 for the first 6 months slight_smile
