Hello everyone
I would like to stop international calling on my new monthly phone. I have tried calling customer service, sent message on twitter and Facebook, unfortunately no reply.

I am wondering is there anyway to do this by sending a text message etc as unable to find anything on my o2 account.

You need to call O2.

The best number to get through seems to be
0800 587 4005
