International bolt on

I’ve added the international bolt on but i can’t call abroad, my call just doesn’t go through, and I can’t send the messages, they fail. What could be the issue please?

Check and see if you have a spend cap applied. The bolt on might not work if you have.

An international calling bar would also prevent you from calling or texting abroad but customer service can check that for you too.
